Comprehensive Exam and X-Rays

  • In our office, we believe, a comprehensive dental examination is the first step in helping our patients achieve better oral health.

  • Complete Dental exams are very important for your oral health. 

  • A comprehensive Oral Examination includes Hard tissue exam, Soft tissue exam, Oral cancer exam, Head and neck exam, and TMJ exam.

  • In addition to clinical examination, we use digital X-rays and CariVu to detect dental decay. CariVu is a compact, portable device that uses patented transillumination technology to detect dental decay.

  • We Recommend examination at least once every six months.

  • Some patients need a more frequent checkup and exams due to more complicated dental history.
